Lorna"Hi there!! My name is Lorna Schembri, mother of two.  I work as a Support Teacher within the Primary Section at the Technology Department.  I am a moderator at the Forum and I organise the Primary Weekly Quiz too.  I enjoy myself participating and taking care of the Forum because I love interacting with children and in the Forum we are creating a whole big family where we discuss everything.  This Forum is not like any other forum because the moderators are teachers and teachers want the best for their students. Therefore it’s an ongoing process of teaching! Join us and you will not regret it!"
Paint.Net: This is a very easy but powerful painting program. Download it, install it, and then let your imagination do the rest!

Forum Sections

In our Skola Forum, students and teachers have already posted over 8000 messages about more than 400 topics.

The Skola Forum is divided in four categories:
1. Teachers' Space - visible only to teachers
2. General Issues - this is the most popular category
3. Primary School Subjects
4. Secondary School Subjects

Each one of these categories is again divided in a number of fora (forums). For example, in the General Issues category, there are fora such as "Forum Rules", "Current Affairs", "Friendly Chat", "Email & Web hosting", etc. In the Primary and Secondary categories, there are fora about each academic subject, e.g., "Maths", "Science", etc.

In each forum, students and teachers can create new topics or reply to existing ones. For example, in the "Current Affairs" forum, there are already topics about the Eurovision, Daily News, and so on.

Searching the Forum

Since the Skola Forum contains thousands of messages and hundreds of topics, you need to check if a topic already exists before you create a new one, to avoid repetitions. So follow these steps before starting a new topic:

1.

On the top right-hand corner in the Skola Forum you will find the link that says SEARCH. Click on it.

2. Where it says SEARCH FOR enter the topic subject.

3. Click on the SEARCH button.

4. You will get a list of topics that contain the text you entered. If there is a topic that matches the one you want then PLEASE DO NOT CREATE IT. Otherwise go ahead and create your new topic.

Chinese Checkers

Chinese CheckersThis game is a variation of the classic game Chinese Checkers. Show how clever you are by clearing as many pieces as possible. A move consists of jumping over any other one peg into a hole beyond. The objective of the game is to remove all but one peg from the checkerboard.
