Avatars in the Forum

AvatarAs you might have noticed if you ever visited the Skola Forum, some users have a small picture in their signature area (at the bottom of their posts). This picture is called an Avatar. It's easy to create your avatar.

1. First of all, you will need to find a small picture that is on the Internet. A picture the size of a postage stamp or even a little smaller is best. To make things easier for you, we have included a large selection of avatars to choose from. These are found in the Skola Forum itself, in the section "Add an Avatar".

2. Now you need the URL (address) of the picture. So right-click on the picture, choose Properties, and select its URL. Then right-click on it and choose Copy.

3. Then, enter your Profile section at the top of the forum page. In the Signature section type the following the address of the picture . Obviously instead of the words "the address of the picture" paste the URL of the picture you had copied earlier.
