We are shifting our emphasis from Excel to PowerPoint although basic
skills in spreadsheet handling are remaining
in the syllabus thus still examinable. This scholastic year 2010-2011 is
when module 4 is completed at the end of
Form 4 using the syllabus
StartForm4excel.pdf. As from the next scholastic year, the students
following track 2 will
be completing a course on ECDL modules 2,3,6,7 enabling them to obtain
an ECDL Start certificate.
The only changes in the syllabus for scholastic year 2011-2012 are going
to be in the syllabus of Form 4 which leads the
students to sit for ECDL module 3 and 6 by the end of year 2011-2012.
